Senior Vice President/Head - Branch Business

- Candidate with experience in retail lending side of business associated with NBFC/MFI/Bank are eligible to apply for this position with 20-25 years of experience and exposure to managing large network of branches.

- Candidate who are open for relocation or are based in South India can apply for this position.

Key Result Areas :

1. P&L Responsibility: To achieve assigned Business wise targets/targeted ROI for the Zone/State.

2. People and Organisation Focus: To ensure quality training of Staffs, recruitment, employee engagement and retention activities. To nurture the team and implement team development/leadership programs

3. Process and Governance Orientation: To deliver against service level agreements for businesses and adherence to Standard operating procedure Ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness

4. Customer Acquisition, Retention and Governance Orientation :To deliver quality service to customers, reduce customer complaints and implement innovative customer service initiatives. Drive culture of ownership, integrity, collaboration and transfer of best practices within the span of branches.

Other Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Productivity targets, Operational efficacy, Performance (AUM, Revenue and Profitability) through the branch distribution network.

2. Ensure optimum representation of branches based on market potential also be on the lookout for new opportunities in the untapped market and rationalize unproductive branches.

3. Achieve other business targets for various quarters as well as FY Plan & implement the same at branch level.

4. Continuously drive and evaluate opportunities for new products, processes, pricing, marketing, activities based on competition tracking and internal ideation.
