Senior Vice President - Group Financial Planning & Analytics Team - BFS

Looking Female for Senior Vice President ( Head level ) for Group Financial Planning & Analytics (- FP&A- ) team for Chennai location.

JOB PURPOSE

A Seasoned professional responsible for supporting the global Planning process including Strategic Plan, global Budget, Forecast & Flash processes working closely with the Group Financial Planning & Analytics (-FP&A- ) team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with the Group FP&A team to agree the requirements of the overall Planning process.

2. Define the detailed planning process, guidelines and timetables for the overall planning process

3. Manage and operate the planning process

4. Coordinate with, engage and support and ensure governance with the stakeholders including Group, Regional and Country CFOs

5. Own and monitor the KPIs for the Planning Process

6. Continually review all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality & process design improvement.

7. Liaise with customers on the periodic review and re-negotiation of Service Level Agreements and any other related performance and quality measures.

8. Contribute to transformational agenda in terms of strategic, consensus building, driving and contributing to objectives. Participate and Support in all Global initiatives as applicable from time to time.

9. Effectively lead change, manage and escalate risks arising out of transition of new processes.

10. Ensure Operational risk monitoring across all processes covered by the team and report key risks emanating from them to right forums.

11. Ensure complete compliance with Group Code of Conduct and Social agenda of the organization.
