Strategy Development
- Responsible for the vision and a strategy of a team of currently 4 consultants providing consulting solutions to Group Operations and other corporate functions, located in Bangalore and across Asia. Demonstrating your ability to take a strategic company wide perspective and build relationships with senior leaders, you will ensure the SRC Bangalore's resources, solutions and enabling services meet the needs of fast growing Bangalore location and Asian region.
Operational Implementation :
- Develop the consulting, process and continual improvement, project management and change management capabilities of the team to meet business needs. Oversee the design, delivery, and quality of programs and solutions.
- Monitor progress and adapt to meet the organization's targets.
Continual Improvement :
- Enable your team to train and coach local staff in applying continual improvement mind-set, leadership and tools to actively drive business performance. Build the environment for increasing the maturity level of continual improvement through appropriate development measures.
The opportunity :
- Lead our in-house team in Bangalore, which focuses on delivering transformation projects, supporting strategic goals and enabling the line organisation in driving continual improvement initiatives to improve their business results.

About you :
- Experience as a leader, developing and coaching people
- Experience of design and implementation of business strategy
- Financial/ insurance services experience and/or service operations expertise as an asset
- Experience in the built-up for a shared services centre considered an advantage
- Track record of successful portfolio of project deliveries in structure and / or culture change
- Experience in external consultancy considered an advantage
