Senior Vice President - FP&A - Real Estate

Role: Senior VP - Finance (FP&A)

About the company

Our client is A Luxury Real Estate Developer Company based in Dubai. The company operates internationally, providing residential, commercial and leisure properties and has offices spread across the Gulf and UK.

Responsibilities:

- FP&A

- Design and produce actionable reports for senior management to track performance and support business decision-making

- Own the full process of reporting and forecasting for the company including revenue and P&L forecasting, budgeting and financial review meetings

- Continuously develop and improve a financial reporting process that is automated, streamlined, scalable, and integrated into the company's CRM and other systems

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders and external lenders and investors

- Coordinate and prepare monthly Board packages

- Ensure financial diligence and integration of M&A transactions

- Advocate for the advancement of our internal reporting tool in conjunction with the Business Intelligence team

- Lead and develop a top-quality team to support the growing needs of the company

- Manage the FP&A department and develop career opportunities for staff

- Develop departmental goals, policies and operating procedures

- Develop cross-functional processes and structures that improve the efficiency of the FP&A organization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of related experience, with increasing levels of responsibility and seniority

- Demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting and GAAP principles

- Experience in building and managing a team in a fast-paced environment

- Track record of driving positive results in hands-on environments

- CA is preferred
