Position- SVP Finance & Accounts.

Qualification- Chartered Accountant

This role reports to the CFO.

It involves Planning, Implementing, managing & delivering of all the financial activities of the bank and assisting the CFO in preparation of annual operating plan and financial budget.

- The role covers control over all operational activities of Finance & Accounts which will include Income tax, compliance, monitoring the annual accounts and audit completion, GST Compliance including monitoring the Invoice processing and accuracy of the Payment & TAT.

- He/she would manage a large team and drive the deliverables on continuous improvement projects, adherence to checks and controls defined by various internal and external authorities, compliance to various audits carried out by Concurrent audit, Internal audit, IFC audit, IT audit etc, assess and close A/P sub-ledger on a monthly basis, validate content and resolve various payment related issues.

- The incumbent also needs to perform a Root cause analysis of errors and deploying preventive & corrective measures, draft BRD and work with IT team for process automation, tracking and completing the projects as per the set timeline, performance appraisal of the team, ensuring timely feedback, training, coaching to maximize the team's performance, ensuring all the queries / issues are responding and closed within the expected timeline, managing timely submission of MIS & reports required by top management/ board for policy decision, product wise cost analysis, overviewing of unit wise- expense head wise actual spend with budget.

- He/she would be responsible for handling the monthly volume of approx. 40000+ Invoices with a 45-member team, entire P&L of the Bank and Fixed Assets from the Balance Sheet item shall be in the scope of this position.
