Role Objective:

The person is responsible for strategically leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign for our Engineering clients. Evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development based on experience and judgment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Bring in stride Agility, Fearless & Innovative approach to Lead and inspire teams across the globe.

- Relentlessly & successfully, drive new product development from proof of concept to production for Organisation Clients.

- Leadership skills with an innovative approach and bring in Market Intelligence and drive Product differentials

- Execution of Product Innovations with guidelines of sustainability, timelines &cost.

- Meet or exceed all project KPI's and requirements

- Provide hands on technical expertise from concept validation through to production sign-off, identifying, prioritizing and solving problems quickly and efficiently

- Person requires laser focus on the key risks, developing mitigation strategies and concurrent development paths to ensure success

- An unwavering resolve to deliver products in a challenging, yet highly rewarding, development environment

- The person should be an expert in managing highly technical & result oriented development teams

- Highly passionate about customer's success and delight.

- Expertise in project management & engineering processes development, release & delivery management, people management & performance management, team building, hiring ramp-up & product transitions, organizational development, coaching and mentoring for managers.

- Exceptionally good balance of management, technology and communication skills

- Experience in working with Vertical, Matrix and Horizontal organizations spanning multiple geographies and functions.

- Strategic planning & decision making of global projects & business goals.

Academic:

Technical degree with Doctorate in Cognitive Computing

- Develops strong relationships with internal teams
