Exp: 16+ years Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech - 16+ years of experience from a Startup or Mid size Product or SaaS organization ONLY. - Must have very strong experience working for US & Europe clients. Strong cross-Geo experience is a must. - Must have the experience of scaling the organization from $25 to $100 million - Candidate with strong leadership skills, strong C-level interaction and global stakeholder/Customer management experience. - Should be managed multiple Products from ground up - Managing software Engineering team of 50+ people is a must and should have strong experience building teams from Scratch. - Excellent communication, people management and organizational leadership skills - Have been in a leadership/Strategic decision role for the past 8+ years - Expertise in software design and strong Agile/Scrum background - Proven experience in building & managing large multi-Geo engineering and R&amp;D teams. - Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices and strong Startup culture background. - Out of box thinker, Proactive communicator, good presentation skills
