Senior Vice President/Director - Voice/Non Voice - Utilities

Role and Responsibilities

As the SVP/Director and a function leader you will be responsible to - 

- Manage and lead the overall operations ensuring that SLA are met across all processes and ensure that quality and general administration are maintained

- Provide thought leadership to the various leaders with in the function encouraging a positive environment and attitude to change and innovation

- Lead & motivate a team of Support and Operation Leaders and ensure their development. Support Learning and development initiatives, Coaching and counselling, staff motivation retention programs

- Maintain and excellent client relationship and also Farming, supporting new business initiatives.

- Interact and work closely with Global leaders

Essential Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you will have to

- Be a graduate/Post graduate in any field and have over 15 years of total work experience

- Have lead team in an off shoring set up managing either Voice / Non voice process

- Managed clients particularly in Utilities such as power / gas/ oil /water

- Be a leader or function lead in the current role
