SVP Service Excellence -
We need someone who has worked extensively on Customer Service Quality and Service Excellence in Banking or Financial Services Consulting.
We will require someone who has extensive knowledge of international service quality standards, and is abreast of all the current events, innovations and developments in the Service space. This individual will be in charge of the PAN Bank Service Excellence strategy, across all BUs.
We required a Candidate form a Banking and Financial Service sector and having good experience in Customer Service Quality and service excellence,Service Delivery,Planning Strategy,good Knowledge About Financial Service.
MBA-Full Time is Mandatory.
