- Sales Collateral and Tools: Ensure the sales team has access to effective sales collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools to support their sales efforts.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, share customer insights, and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Collect feedback from customers and work with the team to address any concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
