Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for Pre &amp; Post Acquisition Credit Strategy for both Retail &amp; Corporate Card portfolios as per the broad Job description given below Pre Acquisition Role pertains to formulation and implementation of the company's credit policy across all sourcing channels, which includes following:- 1) Development of new programs /policies for retail and corporate channel, in line with business requirements and risk policies 2) Rationalizing and simplifying processes and policies and implementing them in the system 3) Custodian of credit risk policy document 4) Development and implementation of risk strategies to optimize risk adjusted contributed value for the business. This includes development and implementation of optimal exposure assignment strategies based on profitability. 5) Assessment of creditworthiness of companies for offering &amp; renewing corporate card. 6) Analysis and monitoring of corporate card portfolio performance in terms of authorization and delinquency to achieve financial targets 7) Modification of fraud assessment, authorization and collection strategies &amp; policies of corporate card, in response to portfolio dynamics and market environment. 8) Creating an effective audit structure to ensure accurate implementation of credit policies and processes. Post Acquisition' - Develop the portfolio management policies in line with risk appetite of the organization covering the activities of the marketing, customer services and fraud departments - Create the account management policies in consultation with the operating teams Create all customer management strategies and policies including security cheques, chargeback policies - Create fraud policies and monitor the performance of the fraud team. - Manage key stakeholders viz. Marketing, Customer Services, and Fraud teams - Devise strategies to ensure loss numbers are met as per plan . The position also carries the cross sell target. The position is responsible for designing transaction fraud management strategies, rule maintenances on FALCON . A significant part of the responsibility is to manage and improve customer experience without compromising either on asset quality on transaction fraud losses. The position needs to manage internal stakeholders as well as work with FICO, VISA and Mastercard to ensure the company is proactively managing all risks - Manage Credit Bureau relationships across all major bureaus. - Good understanding of Organization's Risk Operating Framework and overall Risk Appetite - Knowledge of Risk Scorecards &amp; Risk Segmentations. - Knowledge and ability to frame Risk &amp; Reward tradeoff models and leveraging these for creating Risk strategies - Understanding of Bureau data and leveraging same for risk segmentations. - Knowledge of Risk tools of SAS, Answer tree, scorecard development techniques The role now will also manage implementation of all Risk Infrastructure related projects "- A minimum of Master's degree in economics, statistics, operations research, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field with a strong quantitative emphasis - 15+ years of work experience in risk or marketing roles - Prior experience of working Credit Card industry - Prior experience in strategy &amp; Policy role. - Credit Card Industry candidate preferred
