- Responsible for defining strategy & Roadmap for credit decision and lending models

- Execution of Proof of concepts, Pilots and commercial roll out .

- Keep up-to-date of the developments on credit decision and lending models

- Thought leadership in credit decision and lending model.

Skills :

- Exp. is credit underwriting with a retail focus.

- Automation of data collection required from the Customer for credit decision making to reduce the credit TAT.

- Building lending models using internal, external and customer data.

- Deep understanding of the lending platforms used in credit functions.

- Hands on expertise in AI,ML,Neural network algorithms

- Experience in build solutions using the above algorithms for credit decision and lending model.

- Develop and design algorithms in terms of API to leverage the data
