We have opening in a prestigious client Corporate Sales-SBI Card-Gurgaon-SVP.
Job Description:
- Lead managerial Team at National Level towards Client engagement, Business Development & Portfolio retention and profitability
- The position is responsible for the overall Business Volumes, profitability & ensuring excellent VOC
- Be aware of business enviroment, competition & customer needs, provide product & servicing team with the inputs to develop industry leading Product & services
- Leading the discussions with CXO's & have a consultative approach to provide best in class expense management
- Working closely with internal stakeholders - risk, CCM, legal, compliance, finance and IT - to facilitate safe & profitable business growth
- Ensure best in class client engagement team through continuos mentoring, training & leading by example.
- The position is responsible managing SBI stakeholders( CAG and MCG) and in external market including the networks for deepening accounts.
- The position is responsible for cross-selling other products in commercial cards, retail cards and even SBI Bank products where feasible
- Atleast 6 years experience in credit cards business sales/business development/product role
- Atleast 4 years experience in commercial cards business
- Preferred to have lead teams in the past
