- The role will consolidate compliance coverage for Corporate Credit, Wholesale Banking

- Driving compliance culture and conduct

- Interpretation of Regulatory guidelines. Engage with Regulator for getting requisite clarity.

- Managing compliance risk as second line assurance role.

- Networking with the Industry players and adopt best practises and understanding.

- Ongoing learning, upskilling on compliance subjects and enhance the knowledge levels within the organisation on compliance subjects.

- Mentor the team and drive adequate coverage across Businesses. Provide constructive challenge and guidance to Product teams.

- Be a learned leader in supporting compliance testing team and RBS compliance team for driving compliance agenda
