Position : Senior Vice President (SVP) - Mumbai

Chief Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire portfolio of CBB/ Mid Corporate customers originating from South Business Unit.

- Supervise a team of analysts and senior credit officers

- Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same.

- Take lead in new initiatives like Early Warning systems, Internal and RBI Audits etc.

- Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents

- Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations

- Monitor portfolio of borrowers and closely track concern accounts

Competencies :

- In depth knowledge of credit evaluation

- A very good eye for detail

- Proactive: Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies

- Understanding of credit ratings

- Interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business managers

- Team player/manager

- Knowledge of key industries is a must
