- The incumbent would be responsible for last mile operations, creating the hyperlocal structure

- Incumbent should come with a good understanding of the digital world, an Omni channel experience and should have handled scale

- Responsible for driving the overall company's business and its profitability across all channels.

- Ensuring excellent and consistent brand experience and customer satisfaction across channels.

- Responsible for designing and deploying processes and policies regarding all business execution matters to integrate channels.

- Expert and versatile in retail domain or digital-native, new-age business models. And understanding of similarities and differences between channels.

- Proven expertise in delivering results by serving customers through digital marketing and tech-platform products.

- High on business acumen, strategic ability, team building, communication, administration and executive presence.

- Should have handled a P&L responsibility.
