- New Business acquisition to execution in energy related consulting domain
- Business development in new areas and expansion of existing business : Review of large opportunities and close monitoring till their conversion to contract
- Periodic meeting with empaneled partners for potential opportunities
- Focus on domains having expansion potential
- Maintaining client relationships : Meeting with senior management of clients at periodic intervals
- Support client whenever required and create a positive outlook towards the organization
- Responsible for execution of projects : Spearhead and support field teams to deliver their responsibilities
- Periodic review on projects covering technical & commercial aspects
Resource Optimization :
- Provide adequate resources-manpower, tools & equipment etc - to site teams
- Team development & motivation : Identification of key resources
- Training & development of Team members
- Assigning responsibilities to team members towards BD / execution
- Optimizing expenses under consultancy business : Review of project specific expenses with respect to budget envisaged
- Develop innovative ways of optimizing project expenses
- Revenue realization : Inculcate revenue realization as a routine target / follow-up with the respective project managers
- Set and monitor targets for achieving realization on a quarterly basis
- Create a system of escalation matrix - both internal and external - in case of delay in realization.

Educational qualifications: Post Graduate Engineer or Engineer with MBA
Relevant experience: Minimum 19 years of relevant experience - in consultancy focused on power sector; Additional experience in Infrastructure will be preferred
