(The position reports into Director of Global Sales and Marketing)

Location: Bangalore, India

We are building Fintech products and platforms to power their digital business. We work with leading financial enterprises in India and help them create world class digital products for India, Singapore, MiddleEast and US geography.

We are in the phase of moving mid-sized to enterprise level and implementing new age lending systems for banks and NBFCs across Indian and Global clients. We are looking for Rock-star sales chaps to spearhead business development for our Award-winning Lending System/platform.

We are looking at Smart, Entrepreneurial and Self- Driven senior Enterprise Sales Leaders for leading the sales for our New Age Enterprise Lending Software that is used by leading enterprise for originating, processing and managing loans.

Here is what you will do every day :

- Own the P&L coming from a geography like India and the sales costs associated to it

- Own the entire enterprise sales lifecycle of the organization for a geography

- Facilitate and lead large enterprise pitches for geography and serve as the highest point of contact for sales / upsales perspective

- Meet CXOs and HODs at enterprises and pitching them relevant digital solutions

- Work with client's business and procurement teams for cost negotiations and project closure

- Work with pre-sales and technology sales team for large enterprise pitches

- Run campaigns to hunt for new prospects.

- Establish partnerships with other firms to explore synergies and take joint solutions to the market

- Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities.

- Propose and present solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives.

- Proactively and accurately manage opportunity pipeline

Requirements:

- Strong business development background with 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Technology sales to BFSI enterprises.

- BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent with a strong academic record from Tier 1 institute. Advanced degree or MBA valued.

- Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies. Expertise in fintech space is an added advantage.

- Strong industry connections and network

- Strong experience in building Enterprise technology solutions would be valued.

- Ability to manage both at the strategic and operational levels

- Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
