This person will concept, plan, and deliver end-to-end user experiences and workflows, that will help define the vision. - 5+ years experience in UX design - Ability to think strategically about product and advocating effectively for the user - Demonstrates design vision and an ability to innovate in a problem space, using user-centered design methods - Works at a peer-level with product management and engineering as a trusted collaborator on product direction. - Leads development of new design standards and patterns in Figma, in collaboration with design, and product teams in Figma - Excellent core interaction and visual design skills with technical capabilities in prototyping - Able to review, critique, and guide the team's work
