Requirements:

Please find below a brief job description:

- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

- Must have experience in dealing W2 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders

- Must be proficient in recruiting & individual contributor Recruiter

- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.

- Proven successful record in the U.S Staffing industry.

- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates

- Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.

- Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.

- To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
