Role purpose :
To lead the L&D Impact team and ensure delivery of induction, functional and leadership capability development across the organisation.
Experience and background :
- MBA with 3 - 9 years of post qualification experience. A seasoned and mature L&D professional.
- Must have exposure to new age models of learning.
- Partner with Talent Development leader, HRBPs and business stakeholders to drive Learning and Talent Development initiatives
- Run learning engagements with clients
- Driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/road maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's charter and deliverables.
- Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Talent Development.
- Responsible for ensuring the programs continue to deliver against the organization's needs.
- Look at organization wide themes (pan India) and integrate into plans
- ATD, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent body accreditation desirable
- Strong communication and influencing skills
