Sr Trader - FX

Job Purpose:

Company is a large financial services company. This role is in the FX and Fixed Income - Treasury desk, so a complete proprietary trading setup and no client business.

Looking for qualified FX trader to develop and trade across the G10 and Asian EM currency pairs.

The role would require end to end execution skills from ideation to execution and the flexibility to take positions across books - options trading, curve trading, delta discretionary and relative value trading books.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing statistical models to trade and manage FX trading book across Asian EM and G10 Ccy pairs

- Ability to Manage either the core or sub books in Fx Forward Curve Trading, Options trading and Discretionary Trading book

- Pnl ownership, Robust Risk & Trade Management

- End to End trade ownership and management

Required Skill sets:

- 8 to 12 years of active trading experience

- Experience in active managing FX options trading book and discretionary trading.

- Experience in managing the forward Curve / Cross Currency basis book

- Profitable trading track record is a must, excluding any market making activity

- Strong understanding of the Global and Regional macro economics

- Strong Mathematical and Statistical skill set

- Statistical and Analytical trading style

- Aggressive and passionate towards markets and trading

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player and strong at interpersonal skills

- Experienced in senior people / Team management

- Highly motivated and self-driven individual. Has to have a can-do attitude
