Would prefer Female candidates for this role. - Develop and provide Modern trade strategic direction by creating the Annual Operating plans: - Responsible for full year/Quarterly/Monthly customer-based activation calendar (Promotions &amp; Brand building) for the channel with coordination Kams and Brand Managers - Develop expertise of customer dynamics and needs within the channel by actively participating in sales operations. - National custodian of all programs in the channel and keep complete track of platform level business trends. Contribute continuous need-based refinement of all programs in coordination with the Kams &amp; Channel head - Pilot test key platform led initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations. - Analyze data to gauge effectiveness of key activities and promos through a pre-agreed control panel and use the analysis to fine tune future activities - Secure key trends information from KAM teams/Customers and present business analytics and findings through planned reviews on a regular basis. - Manage FG&amp;A budgets at channel level. - Formulate and optimizing a right assortment to improve SKU quantity and channel performance. - Develop, align and monitor pricing strategy for prioritized customers - Monitor key competitors' activities in the channel/customers and provide insight for future competitive advantage - Demonstrate strategic leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics and pride through exemplary behavior Experience : - Experience of 8 to 10 years - prior Modern Trade/Customer marketing experience with proven track record of growth results. - Comprehensive knowledge of MT landscape and KPI`s, Shopper Marketing, category management and brand strategies - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from a wide variety of data points / KPIs - Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to MT Customers. - Negotiating skills with the ability to influence up one level across the organization and the MT sales organization - Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment - Flexibility to travel as required
