Senior Total Rewards Analyst (APZ)

If you are looking for an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Total Rewards function in a regional capacity, here's the chance you will not want to miss! You will be a subject matter expert on total rewards programs and processes in the Asia Pacific region. Based in India (Gurgaon), you will support the Director, Total Rewards (APAC) and work alongside colleagues from around the world. Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning and supporting the annual review process as well as manage the renewal of employees benefits and insurance plans for the region.

- Support job evaluations of new roles and make recommendations for the job grade while balancing internal equity.

- Provide Total Rewards benchmarking and analytics support to country HR teams in the region.

- Manage Total Rewards projects independently as well as support roll-out of Global Rewards initiatives.

- Be the primary contact for all Total Rewards matters and provide advice and guidance to the HRBPs on rewards related queries.

- Evaluate and identify opportunities of improvement in the Total Rewards function

What We Need:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Candidates with Master's degree will be preferred.

- At least 3-5 years experience in Total Rewards - Strong analytical skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI & other analytical tools

- Proficient in job evaluation methodologies (i.e. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.

- A self driven individual who can work independently and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
