Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand application testing requirements and test strategy

- Development of automation scripts as per approved automation test suite document

- Automation of applications using AJAX, Flash and iFrames - Creating reusable assets for Selenium automation

- Good hands on experience in Java/.Net/VBScript languages is a must

- Integration of automation scripts for continuous integration build with JENKINS, ANT, NANT, Maven, Bamboo, Hudson, Cruise Control etc and setting up automation scripts for unattended execution

- Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks

- Mentoring other team members on Selenium and implementation of automation framework and automation scripts

- Defining best practices, framework approach for Selenium based automation

- Creating reusable assets for Selenium automation

- Quest to learn new automation tools and scripting languages

Required Skills :

- Hands on experience in Architecting/Re Architecting, testing strategies

- Hands on experience in design, development, re design, test scenarios

- Estimation, POC creations, RFPs

- Experience in Automation(Selenium), scripting

- Take the ownership and work as IC role & train and help the team members in to technical issues

- Should provide alternate solutions and problem solving approach
