YelloSKYE is an Aerial Intelligence Company that delivers "Ground Truth to the Desktop". YelloSKYE digitizes the construction life cycle of real estate and infrastructure assets and delivers analytics for the construction industry.

YelloSKYE capture's data primarily with drones and other sensors. It layers of value by using custom built algorithms, machine learning and graphic processing software on a combination of its own state of the art cloud computing platform and a partner Third Party platform.

We will deliver digital models, high resolution aerial views and other valuable information of our client's assets. This enables them to gather incredible insights for monitoring construction, the quality and assurance levels of the asset, error identification, measure and compare critical points, adherence to safety protocols, have a conversation with stakeholders, and many more features. In addition clients' can download data in industry standard formats which can be used in AUTOCad and other BIM Software to integrate into their internal workflows.

YelloSKYE is in the midst of closing its first round of funding (Seed Round). It is looking to aggressively add value, add to its tech stack and build a professional world class organization. The Senior Technology Officer will be a critical hire and part of the core team. While primarily responsible for the technology strategy and building out the team, the candidate will also partner with the leadership team and be critical to the success of YelloSKYE.

OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a Senior Technology Officer (STO) to lead the strategy and development for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships with a laser focus on execution, client satisfaction & creating value in YelloSKYE. The individual will be a member of YelloSKYE Leadership & Executive Team.

The Senior Technology Officer will be expected to provide sound technical leadership & quality assurance in all aspects of our business. Being a start up the Senior Technology Officer will be required to hire, mentor and build a world class technology team. The candidate along with the team will ensure the execution of the technology strategy of the team.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect the Senior Technology Officer to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. The Senior Technology Officer will also communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers. Being in a leadership role, the Senior

Technology Officer will also need to be an excellent communicator and public speaker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing the company's strategy & using technological resources to create IP and value, client satisfaction and revenue for YelloSKYE. Also communicate this to investors & stakeholders.

- Partner with Leadership Team to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap

- Consolidate YelloSKYE technology platforms and create plans for each

- Ability to plan, execute and focus to ensure successful execution of every aspect from hiring the team, executing on near term and strategic agenda and building world class platforms.

- Recruiting & Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner API's to our platform

- Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs and yield competitive advantage.

- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.

- Create and oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Continuous Innovation and imbibing a culture of the same in the team and the organization.

- Work closely with Marketing, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- Hands-on experience with project execution and managing multiple priorities and problem solving.

- Ability to hire, build and lead a technology team from scratch.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills

- Able to be a big picture thinker while working in the details.

- Proven experience as a Senior Technology Officer or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. YelloSKYE being an Aerial Intelligence company working with visuals (images & videos) and related applications and software for the same would be a plus.

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- BSc/BA/PG in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's degree in information technology or a technology-related discipline preferred

- Eight to ten years' experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field; five years in management or leadership role
