Senior Technical Training Role - Delivery & Operations - Telecom

- Liaison with client groups to capture technical training needs, finalize curriculum, seek nominations.

- Proactively work with the leaders and client SPOC's for seamless roll out of the bimonthly training calendar.

- Deploy technical training programs through various modes, like classroom training, on-the-job training, Tech Blitz, conferences and workshop, Drive Certification through certification hub by partnering with best in class vendors.

- Collaborate with sourcing team to evaluate best in class technical training vendors and on-board them as per organizational norms and guidelines. Work closely with the vendors to ensure timely execution of planned courses.

- Judicious utilization of Training Resources & Budget

- Design top talent & niche technical programs by partnering with premier institutes

- Communication and resolution of all queries raised by the employees

- Ensure timely communication to the stakeholders & HRBP teams as appropriate.

- Liaise with the US teams to seamlessly implement global offerings at the organization

- On board & train campus graduates through a comprehensive project readiness program.

- Support and share best practices across sites

Tools, Technology & Logistics

- Understand technical infrastructure requirements, partner with IT teams to provide necessary infrastructure for timely training deployment

- Create training deployment and operations plan, collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement as per agreed timelines.

- Work with the sourcing teams to evaluate the - right- vendors and on-board them for best in class learning experience.

- Use Organization's learn and related reports for collating nominations and course completion

- Provide feedback to management on classroom performance and customer experience, recommend actions for improvement.

- Ensure all links, app shares, surveys, etc. are tested prior to the start of all virtual labs or class room courses.

Reporting & Data Management

- Publish monthly executive summaries of training delivered in a clear and accurate manner within the agreed time frame

- Monitor Pre-Program training information for scheduled training and publish Post-Program MIS Reports pertaining to participation and trainer effectiveness.

- Ensure all training programs are assessed to measure effectiveness and ROI.

- Timely tracking and reporting of employee participation/escalation delivery head wise.

Quality

- Ensure 95% employee occupancy per course to optimize cost and participation.

- Average feedback for all technical training courses to have a feedback of 90%

- 90% of Organization's Hub test takers to be certified, of which 100% to clear practice test.

- Analyse course feedback & identify areas for improvement factoring content, trainer, logistics and infrastructure to consistently meet customer expectations

- Publish training reports for monthly performance reviews and audit requirements

- Ensure all training documentation, materials and records are maintained and compliant through an effective control process, in line with audit requirements

- Conduct a quarterly audit on training infrastructure management, logistics and payment processes to mitigate risks.

- Evaluate trainer performance, effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement to vendors/partners on a monthly basis.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering with Minimum of 12 to 18 years- of technology training/teaching experience

- Experience in design, deployment and delivery of technology courses in large organizations.

- Proficient in office applications like word, excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, MS project.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies including LMS and related ERP product knowledge.

- Strong Planning and Organizational Skills that go along with proper time management. Project management skills
