Senior Technical Team Lead - PHP/YII/Front End Development

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews;

- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced remote environment;

- Consistently plan and deliver high-quality releases in 2-week sprints;

- Deliver on the technical roadmap to ensure that we continue to improve the quality, performance, and scalability of our products and services;

- Work with engineers to design solution architecture and develop a scalable architecture and system;

- Partner with Platform (DevOps & Security) teams for scaling and security needs;

- Write automated tests and implement Quality engineering to maintain the performance of the system;

- Help establish the important performance and quality metrics and ensure that there is no unmotivated long-term drift against what we need to achieve;

- Contribute technically to projects

Must haves :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in PHP (7.X and 5.6);

- 5+ years of experience in the YII framework;

- 4+ years of experience in Front-End development and frameworks such as React or Vue.js;

- 4+ years of experience in technical leadership;

- Have good experience of working with Fintech companies;

- Have experience in crypto/ blockchain;

- Handled full stack teams of Backend, Web/FrontEnd, and Mobile engineers.

- A strong understanding of database design, and experience with SQL databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like Mongo;

- Good knowledge of Cloud-native and related technologies like Docker and Kubernetes;

- Experience with and a thorough understanding of event stream processing and search solutions (Kafka, Solr, Elastic, etc)
