- Expertise in handling large teams ranging from Tech Support to customer care - from Consumer to Commercial & Enterprise support.
- Expertise in identifying customer base, enhancing customer experience, building rapport with customers to ensure overall good client relations.
- Managed diverse multi portfolio accounts with large team size .
- Tech support to customer care, through Voice, chat, email, messaging.
- Have experience in managing cross geo locations .
