The responsibility would be two fold. - Team Management - internal team setup, hiring and managing tech recruiters - Account Management - understanding the client requirements, sourcing candidates for the JDs and end to end position closure - Essentially the candidate should be hands on and at the same time should be able to setup and manage a team. Long term vision is to groom the candidate to a PnL ownership level in next few years. Experience range 3-6 years - Looking for sharp candidates with excellent communication skills and relevant experience in recruitment services especially in tech hiring for product startups. Location - Noida/WFH Compensation is flexible. Since we are looking for a partner instead of an employee, the focus would be more on the variable component rather than the fixed amount. Intent is to establish long term association and ensure that candidate gets exposure to hyper growth trajectory both in terms of responsibilities as well as compensation.&nbsp; - Role will be challenging and is tailor made for people who are looking for non linear growth in their career.
