Senior Technical Recruiter - IT

We are Hiring for Our Client, based out of Noida - an IT consulting company specializing in providing services for SAP and Manhattan Software. They are headquartered at Chicago and having their offices in NY and India (Noida). In Noida they run the Sales and Recruitment Operations are excited to expand their team here.

Position: Sr Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

The role includes :

- developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

- handling end-to-end recruitment process

- conducting phone screens / interviews/ negotiate wage rates/ salary

- expertise into contract / contract-to-hire/ full- time hiring

- working extensively on ERP

- ability to work independently and in a team environment

- working closely with the on-shore and off-shore department

We are looking for someone:

- with Technical recruitment experience of minimum 5 years for US clients

- with good understanding of Technology

- from the US Staffing industry with hand on experience handling end-to-end recruitments

- High-level knowledge of ERP, Business Analytics and Integration tools will be preferred

- Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment

- with good command over written and spoken English

- willing to work in the night shifts 19:00 hrs. to 4:00 hrs.

Desired Qualification:

UG: Any Graduate : Any Specialization

PG : MBA / PGDBM : Human Resources

Salary Range: 6 - 7.5 LPA
