- End to end recruitment (responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, negotiations, offer and BGV)
- Understand and learn the details of each job requisition and its requirements, project location, duration, etc.
- Understand the priority of the requisition and identify qualified candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters etc.
- Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate - assess skill level, communication skills, Compensation negotiation, etc.
- The person should be capable of managing high volume demands while maintaining TAT and adhering to all process requirements.
- Candidate with experience from IT hiring background need apply
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
