Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibility :
- Source and hire across all teams but primarily engineering; helping to drive our product and ultimately continue to expand our business globally.
- Create robust pipelines of technical hires while making each candidate feel like they're the only one you're talking to for the creation of next-gen market disruption
Required candidate's profile :
- GOOD TO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF HIRING FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCT COMPANIES.
- In-house & agency recruiting experience
- Tech savvy and Degreed or have equivalent work experience
- Adept at stakeholder management with relevant experience in having managed recruiting deliverables for a business unit/org.
- Proficient in various sourcing tools and methodologies.
- A good understanding of the local recruiting demographics and market intelligence.
- Skilled in data and reporting with a moderate level understanding of dashboards
- Must be willing to join on short notice
