About the role : - The Careers team is seeking a talented, Senior Recruiter to identify and assess engineering talent from our learners pool and help place them in top notch tech companies. You will own and actively manage all allotted requisitions, current requisition updates, and client communication in regards to open requirements and candidate status. - Works with team members to develop SLAs, including overall client visibility and engagement processes, pipelines, and reporting. Understand and meet established metrics for candidate generation in regards to open positions. Establishes appropriate expectations with the client. - You will create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and source senior candidates for the fast growing dynamic clients. - The right candidate must be able to successfully manage and deliver leadership searches against a timeline. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all technical, product engineering and executive roles across levels. - Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process. - Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Recruitment Team Lead. - Maintain a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process. - To ensure the internal dashboard is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding. - Process oriented data driven individual that loves to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability and impact. Preferred Experience : - Experience in Senior Recruitment with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders and peers alike. - Solid track record/experience in either corporate and/or progressive search firm environment. - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at multitasking, time prioritization with an eye for detail. - Strong customer management with a can-do attitude. Objectives/Deliverables : - The best candidates will draw on their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and client partners. You will have a reputation for being exceptional at executive relationship management and senior candidate generation, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. - Partner with client recruiters to build effective sourcing strategies which assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through Scaler database and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates. - Collaborate and work with an experienced team of Recruiters to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing client base. - Recommend ideas and strategies related to senior recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Scaler's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. - Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders - Drive simplification and contribute to increase productivity across the team - Drive the best possible high touch candidate and develop leadership pipeline for the clients.
