Requirement:
- Candidates who have relevant 6-10 experience into leadership hiring, technology consulting & outsourcing.
- End to end recruitment experience preferably into product engineering, cloud infrastructure, embedded technologies, IT & ITES, digital transformation & design thinking, IoT, ML, AI, RPA, Sales for Product & SAAS businesses, strategy & tech consulting.
- Should be capable enough of handling the entire recruitment cycle.
- Should have good skills to take care of sourcing, screening, short listing, head hunting, referencing, job portal handling etc.
- Effective coordination with candidates through mail and phone.
- Capable of close monitoring & maintaining regular follow up for the offers, joining and closures.
- Maintaining MIS and submitting daily status report & updating at the end of the day about the requirements served and the status.
- Have experience in handling independent responsibility of the positions assigned.
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Can handle multiple requirements of clients at one time and ensure TAT based delivery.
- Must be willing to work in multi client's delivery model.
