Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple technical e-learning projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Do cost, schedule, and effort estimations for different technical projects - Manage contractual/external resources and SMEs - Develop and maintain project artefacts including Project Estimations, Cost documents, Scope documents, Resource Plans, Project Plans, Minutes, CSAT reports, compliance and audit documents, Profitability reports - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical e-learning projects are delivered on time and within scope - Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed - Oversee project budgets, including tracking and reporting on project expenses and revenue - Conduct account mining activities to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables and services - Work with the sales team to develop proposals, statements of work, and project plans for new business opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle - Implement Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, including LMS customization, integration, and administration - Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and methodologies - Mentor and coach project team members to ensure successful project outcomes
