Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience working in complex cross functional initiative. Relevant 8+
- A great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Proficient in data and analytics tools and patterns with an understanding of modern data stack trends.
- Strong bias for continued learning and meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated lead with scale -understands the holistic view, work across boundaries at which systems collide and intersect; define interfaces. Exceled at delivering outcomes within and across other organizations and removed mismatches between organizational, technological and governance boundaries
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality product that continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Own the roadmap and set the vision, establishing prioritization principles for our Bangalore-based engineering team, while partnering with stakeholders worldwide, to deliver world class end-to-end experience
- Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning
- Own the current and future state and drive delivery through clear and bite size steps. Support execution teams with complex development and operational challenges.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements / re-engineering across the team
- Researches and responds to customer issues/monitors queue (i.e., security access, break/fix, reporting).
- Troubleshoots and assists in resolving simple to moderately complex application functionality issues.
- Performs testing of new releases of applications/interfaces.
- Triage incoming software integration requests.
- Applies left shift mindset and owns the E2E quality of the deliverable.
- Work cross-functionally with various Org teams: product management, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies
- Experienced individual contributor who owns a large product or service or multiple smaller products/ services, brings in outside-in perspective, delivers on long term goals while balancing the short term needs of the business.
