Designation : Technical Manager

Location : Alwar, Rajasthan

Job Description:

Job Purpose: To manage & lead Production, Quality & New Innovation so the value is added to final product.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for Developments and roll- out the innovation in the products.

- Responsible for Various Body, Color glaze and Finishes developments.

- Raw materials supplier developments and periodic audit.

- Controlling the Raw materials Quality and consistency.

- Accountable for strategic decision for Yield Improvements.

- Technology up gradation at various labels in Shop Floor.

- Streamlining the process through capital investment and projects.

- Accountable for Slip and Glaze production.

- Achieving delivery targets in line with desired quality.

- Managing day- to- day strategies, production planning & schedules, along with resource allocation for optimum output.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to know markets requirements and developments.

- Responsible for managing Quality of Incoming Raw materials, Slip, Glaze, Process, and final product.

- Managing and periodic review of Pre control charts along with the team

Identify cost saving projects and run them within defined timelines for maximum benefits.

- Create a culture of Corrective action based on detailed root cause analysis.

- Conduct periodic audits and GEMBA Walk with team to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and key process parameters are honored.

- Work with external organization for all up gradation and automation projects.
