Senior Technical Manager - Mainframe Technology - BFSI

One of the IT MNC captive organization is looking for Senior Technical Manager from Mainframe technology

Role Description :

- Actively leads and participates in projects/initiatives involving multiple, global business partners and provides subject matter expertise

- Able to understand the technology and software architecture of the application

- Lead discussions between the development and business teams to capture business requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria

- Directs the planning processes and resource allocation within team

- Manage a team of 15 - 20 people providing regular / timely guidance, mentoring and coaching via effective/constructive feedback

- Provides direct reports with knowledge and direction, and guides their professional development

- Monitor and manage team morale, and provide leadership presence to motivate the team

Candidate Description :

- A dynamic leader with a common sense approach to successfully lead and motivate a large, diverse team with 12 + years of IT experience

- Solid understanding of mainframe technology

- 5+ years experience of managing large delivery projects

- Good understanding of Capital Market/ Brokerage business domain

- Good to have Tax Accounting knowledge / experience
