Experience: 8-12 Years Work Location: Bangalore RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - Research, evaluate, design and implement state of the art next gen camera imaging algorithms for automotive and IOT cameras. - Camera sensor/Image Signal Processor (ISP) tuning for achieving best image quality for human vision and machine vision use cases. - Work in developing and customizing algorithms like auto exposure, auto white balance, auto focus, high dynamic range imaging, low light enhancement, video stabilization etc. - Debug image quality issues and fine tune ISP parameters based on specific customer IQ requirements - Work in state-of-the-art imaging lab for camera characterization and tuning for various types of camera products - Objective image quality evaluation and benchmarking using software like Imatest. Also, carry out subjective IQ evaluation for intended camera use cases. - Literature survey to identify potential algorithms and ability to adapt the algorithm to the target use case. - Technical leadership &amp; mentoring of junior engineers in the team - Publish relevant work in international journals, conferences or apply for patents MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - M-Tech/ME/MS/ Phd in Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering - 7+ years relevant experience - Strong C/C++/Python programming is must. - Strong fundamentals in digital cameras, image processing, color science, computer vision, signal processing, mathematical modelling, probability theory, linear algebra, physics etc. - Knowledge on camera fundamentals, image processing, optics, color science etc. - Strong debugging and problem solving aptitude - Exposure to Image processing, Deep learning and Machine learning techniques is added advantage. - Exposer towards development, Porting and Optimization of Vision based Algorithms is good to have.
