Senior Team Member/Team Manager - Internal Audit - CA - NBFC

We urgently require Senior Team Member/Team Manager - Risk/ Internal Audit for a leading NBFC to be based at their corporate office at Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Position/Grade : Team Manager

CTC : Open to discussion

Experience : 6-8 Years post C.A.

CA Mandatory.

Brief about the profile:

Development of the annual audit plan and supports completion of the plan.

Leads the preparation of and prepares individual audit plans to ensure that the scope, approach, resourcing and logistics of an audit are appropriately planned.

Obtains, analyses and syntheses information for identifying weaknesses and reporting on the adequacy of the internal control environment.

Grades the materiality of audit findings, identifies root causes and assesses the overall control risk and management awareness within the auditee business.

Identifies business process improvements for segments audited as appropriate.

Work effectively with multiple stake holders such as business management, wider audit function and control functions including Compliance, Risk Management.
