Senior Team Member - Bond Origination - NBFC

Urgently Hiring for an Leading NBFC to be based at Mumbai as Senior Team Member

Principal Accountabilities

- Generation of business for bond desk;

- Manage a part of the balance sheet of the desk by monitoring/ administering asset portfolio & relationships

- Lead transaction execution with support from AMs / Managers and guidance from Team Lead/ Desk Head. Assist senior team members in originating new business, in planning and strategy for Business Development,

- Leading negotiations with clients, guide transaction managers to prepare investment proposals, due diligence, obtaining internal approvals, end-to-end deal closure and asset monitoring
