Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Well versed in IFRS standards and (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) GAAP to GAAP conversion. - Good knowledge in accounting with preferably hands on experience in ERP - SAP / ORACLE / MS NAV. - Advise on necessary changes to be implemented in line with the latest changes in IFRS . - Ensuring the Books of accounts prepared comply with the accounting standards. - Manage the transition of projects from onsite without any hassles - Streamline the accounting process and effective management of the team. - Well connected with the stakeholders and preparing dashboards for management. - Developing strategies to bring in process improvement, enhancing efficiency and expanding clientele. - Competency analysis of the team and initiating necessary training. - Review of all the deliverables including statutory Financial statement, management reports and other deliverables without any errors. - Preparation of statutory financial statements and other related schedules as per IFRS. - Strictly adhere and ensure that deliverables are send to the client within predefined deadlines and ensuring exceptional client service. - Experience in Reporting as per IFRS, US GAAP requirements - Proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent communication skills. - Flexibility to travel to middle east locations and work in shifts. Shift Timings : Sunday to Thursday - 11:00 am to 8:30 pm. Travel Involved - Frequently Technical skills requirements : We are looking for candidates with the following : Qualification : CA / ACCA - Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
