- Experience in Income Tax Provision (preferably US GAAP ASC 740) and VAT - Strong knowledge and understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Proficient in Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM Tools such as FCC, ARCS and TRCS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Alteryx (preferred) or similar and equivalent tax applications - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Structured, disciplined approach to work with attention to details - Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and flexible to deliver amid uncertainty (e.g., imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, changing priorities) - Highly organized multi-tasker and self-motivated; capable of working under limited or no supervision - Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources, identify or develop solutions and then implement them - Positive and constructive team player with good communication (verbal/written) and inter-personal skills - Keenness and aptitude to learn, upskill and mentor in the respective technical domain - Able to work in a global, multicultural environment - Ability to manage team members and deliverables - Ability to meet strict deadlines - Ability to interview, hire, and train employees - Excellence in customer service skills
