Job Description:

Job Title: Tax Senior / Senior in-charge (Partnership)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for US Tax Returns 1065, 1120, 1120S and Multistate Tax Returns including workpapers.

- Prepare returns using tax applications CCH, OneSource or GoSystem efficiently. Any application depending on client need.

- Prepare international forms like 5471, 8858, 8865

- Preparation and implementation of the tax strategies for Direct taxes at the US and International levels

- Timely compliance/ assessments related to Federal and state.

- Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment, State Estimates, and Extensions for Federal/State/local, and Quarterly Provisions

- Coordinate with the tax advisory firm in the preparation of international tax returns and other compliances

- Preparations of State Apportionment and State Tax Workpapers

- Prepare US Federal & State Depreciation Computations

Desired Skills:

- 3-7 years of experience in US Direct tax compliance is preferred.

- Experience in Corporate or Partnership tax returns preferred

- In-depth knowledge of US Federal, State taxes and International Taxes

- Must have experience in any of the taxation tools (CCH preferred)

- Candidate should have exposure working with CPA Firms and Clients

- Should have advanced MS Excel skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills
