About the Role: We are looking for a Tech Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in Technology Hiring within the Online and Startup industry. The client seeks a talent acquisition professional to be based out of their office and will contribute to the hiring of top technology talent. This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of searches including candidate sourcing, database searches, technical skills hiring, and negotiations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to map target companies and the right technology skill candidates.
- Creating robust search strategies that will identify and attract the best and brightest.
- Serving as an expert for deep research recruiting.
- Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how client recruit technology talent.
- Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments and present qualified candidates for critical searches.
- Learn about the organization's overall needs and develop strategies for the identification and attraction of tech talent.
- Conduct debrief meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders after the interviews.
- Building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.
- Providing guidance and advice in a true partnership with leadership.
- Leading update meetings on active searches.
- Conducting on-site interviews, and presenting/negotiating employment offers.
