Qualification:
- Candidate Preferably an Engineer with a Post Graduation in Business Studies with MBA in Human Resources
Experience :
- Handling Leadership hiring ( VPs, CXOs, Business Unit Head, Project Heads etc.)
- Working in a team of people on high growth trajectories and interacting with candidates and clients in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, Power and Infrastructure Industries.
- Experience in individual contributory and / or team lead roles in the Recruitment / Executive Search industry, in areas of research, mapping, outreach, initial levels of assessments and deep level of candidate engagement.
- Knowledge of local / regional / global talent markets and with an established network that can be leveraged to support assigned recruitment tasks.
- Previous experience utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates.
- Must have experience working closely with hiring managers executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven results.
