RESPONSIBILITIES - 

- Seeks to listen, to understand the business needs and consistently to drive high levels of service and delivery.

- Manages diverse requisition volume with strategic ability to prioritize to changing business demands.

- Works in tight strategic alignment the Global TA Director, HR Business Partner and Senior TA Partner APAC to execute tactical development of the India Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support leadership teams via these core activities

- Execute effective talent acquisition processes from initiation to completion.

- Identify high potential talent, by utilizing all available talent sources (LinkedIn, professional associations, conference programs, attendee lists, employment brand, and social media).

- Proactively communicates with the Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner and TA regarding recruitment.

- Ensures required service level agreements on all aspects of the Global Talent Acquisition Dashboard are met or exceeded.

- Actively manages requisition priorities to ensure positions are filled with quality candidates promptly, including consulting with the business on when to engage preferred vendors as needed as part of the overall TA COE model.

- Consults with business and collaborates with preferred agencies in the region to ensure cost efficiencies along with proper business rationale and support.

- Provides candidates with an appropriate level of information regarding culture, vision, projects, capabilities, strategic focus, development opportunities, compensation, and benefits - ensuring the candidate is well informed.

- Utilizes applicant tracking system, job boards, niche sites and recruiting process for proper tracking of recruiting metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a corporate recruiter in a full desk recruitment position

- Minimum 8 years of experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large projects for Talent Acquisition or minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-business TA or HR initiatives within India.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or Sciences related field or equivalent years of experience

- Fluency in English required

- Ability to travel - approximately 15 to 20%
