Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Telecom

CTC : 8 - 10 Lacs

Location - Pune

Qualification : MBA in HR or equivalent is a mandatory requirement

- Exposure in doing mass hiring is mandatory. Candidates from Retail/BPO/Insurance/Banking/FMCG/Consumer Durable/Telecom industry will be preferred.

- To assist the Lead recruitment of the state in doing end to end recruitment.

- Collaborate with the BU to close the requirement of manpower in a timely manner.

- Managing end to end hiring, on boarding of candidates, coordinating with the consultants based on state projections.

- Exposure in SAP will be an added advantage

- Adherence to Hiring guidelines.

- Providing support to the Area HR in recruitment and reviewing their progress on a regular basis

- Proactive and good Listener to connect with individuals at every level of the area and state organization chart.
