Senior Structurer - BFSI

A leading private sector FI is looking to build out a structured investor solutions group. Accordingly, it is hiring for a senior structurer for structured investor solutions, reporting to the head of product. The group has a number of former senior international bankers in its management and is growing rapidly.

The role will involve:

- Working with senior management to expand structured products capability

- Working closely with senior client and product management to understand and develop client appetite for structured products

- Education of relationship managers on structured products and how to market them

- Generating trade ideas for clients and marketing them along with relationship managers

Eligible candidates will have:

- At least 7 years investor/asset side structuring or trading experience in rates, FX and/or equities

- Excellent analytical ability

- Ability to develop relevant trade ideas for clients and to explain them, both to internal product/sales people as well as strategic clients

- Ability to make commercial impact including generating innovative and relevant ideas and closing deals

- Good client communication skills

Report to: Head of Product, also work closely with senior management of the FI group on specific projects/transactions
